Get to know me!
My name is Amelia Webber. I am 17 years old and have lived locally in Gislingham since 2015. I have always had a love for animals of all shapes and sizes and never spent a moment of my life without one present. I take pride in care and quality time and truly believe all animals should experience this. I recently received my certificate for Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Diploma as well as my Pet Psychology Diploma.I have two beautiful boys of my own and have had them for 8 years. I have a lot of experience with cats, dogs and other animals and would love to help care for yours!
How does this work?
Booking will be done through messages or email. I will take notes of your pets needs, habits and issues and update you through the scheduled time with pictures on how they are doing. If your pet has special needs such as medication or special routines I will ask of these to be shown so I know how to care properly for your lovely little one. I have timings free during school days and holidays as I am currently home educated. I do night time stays but will require at least 3 days notice. I don’t charge extra for multiple pets unless of different species. For example: two dogs will be the same price but if you have a hamster you wish for me to care for as well that will be added. Every weekday is a day I am available unless stated otherwise, I also cover holiday days and weekends if free.
Schedule and Payment
Payment can be done through multiple ways. I will be using my personal calendar for bookings and keeping track. If you want the schedule in writing I am happy to accommodate that. Confirmation of booking or changes of plans will be made directly with you over messages, call or email. If call is used for this there will be a message alongside it for written proof. I take cash upfront, bank transfers and PayPal!PRICING :
£8 per hour
£30 a day for multiple day stay (this includes the overnight price)
£10 for overnight stay++ extra added fee for other responsibilities / animals depends on the task or pet
Requirements
If you wish me to care for your pet these are the things I will need:- Your Home Wifi : I do education at home and if caring for your pet I will need access to my education from your house. My main focus will be the care of your pet however I will also need to continue this no matter where I am. This is only if I am Petsitting for multiple hours.- The Pets Needed Items : I will not be able to buy food, leashes or toys for your pet as they will be very used to the diet and routine they already have. I may buy treats if given permission in sensible amounts and of flavours they enjoy from my knowledge but this would be with the money given at the end of my time. I do however always bring poo bags but will expect you to have them on hand in case of anything.- Live in Eye, Suffolk : I will be cycling or walking to your house depending on distance. In a year or so when I am able to drive this will be further spread out.- Clear Communication : I will be giving hourly updates on your pet through messages as well as clear knowledge for availability and will expect to be given the needed knowledge for your loved one. (example : if they hate belly rubs, if they dislike loud noises or how long they like their walks to be)- Meet before the petsit / walk : I require this for all animals, no matter how small. This is so I can get to know your pet in person as well as you and so you know you can trust me. As much as it is for their wellbeing it is also for mine and yours!
